This was our first time at Jojos Hot Chicken. The food was amazing! We got the chicken quesadilla and 2 chicken and waffles. Great customer service! We will definitely be back!

Easily the best hot Chicken Tacos I have ever had. They also sell chicken sandwiches that are just as good plus there waffle fries with that have the Cajun seasoning on them with their sauce that they make there are absolutely insane! The only bad thing is the wait might be a little long but it is absolutely worth it.

The best chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten. The loaded fries are to die for. They’re so flavorful and not overly greasy, so you can enjoy them. I’ll continue to order from them!

This chicken spot is amazing! Top notch! Service is amazing, very friendly staff, The food is made by order and always hot and fresh!! The portion size is incredible! My favorite would be the chicken tenders and the Cajun fries! Also banana pudding is a must grab!!

The first time I went was at their grand opening, and it was one of the weirdest yet communal openings I've EVER been to. They had axe-throwing, a bouncy house, free food, and even a race between Jojo the Chicken and an Easter Bunny LOL. The craziest part was most definitely the Cluckin' Wild Tenders challenge! The challenge required them to eat 3 tenders (spicier than the Carolina Reaper) and last 3 minutes without drinking milk. It was INSANE!! There were only 2 people who fulfilled the challenge; the first beast got $500, the second got $250. I've been back a couple of times since, because of distance, and every time I am around, I make sure I stop for Jojo's Hot Chicken in Newark. They also have a drive-through! The people are nice, and the spot really feels like an old-school hangout for everyone. Each time I go, I see a bunch of teens and families having a good time. Well, I obviously recommend. Fresh food, cool people. I heard they're opening a restaurant called "The Bodega" almost down the street. From what I've seen and what I've been told... bro Newark is going to go crazyyyyy over the designs and the variety of options! I'm coming back in town just for their grand opening in a couple of weeks!!!

Food was good the signature sauce tasted like Big Mac sauce but we will eat there agin to try the wings. We had chicken quesadilla and mozzarella sticks.
